Training Policies

In our Training Info Packet you will see our training polices, refund policy and assurance guarantee stated as:

• Refund Policy and Assurance Guarantee
  We strive to deliver quality, however if you are unsatisfied with your certification training, contact us in the first 30 days after enrolling (during the self-guided component of the training), and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. If rescheduling must occur we will work with you to find another suitable course date with no loss of funds. If you prefer a refund we will credit your card with your original certification training tuition price, minus cost of whatever individual self-guided training courses (Component  1)  you have already completed.  No refunds will be given within 14 days prior to the start of Live training (Component 2).

What Does This Mean?

This training policy refers to the comprehensive EMF Consultant Certification training course, which consists of both self-guided and live courses.

However if,  instead of the certification training course, you  simply opt to take the self-guided training (individual "Ready When You Are" courses offered in the EMF Experts Classrooms) are not refundable. 

This is because training itself is non-returnable.  It can however earn you credit (financial and academic) towards further training.  Individual classes’ prices range from $15 - $200 depending on the course but not all self guided courses offer credit.  

Cellphone Safety for Smart Users is a key self-guided training course that was specifically designed to give you an introduction to fundamentally key training while providing you with this type of credit, - you earn academic credits AND a portion of the cost of the Cellphone Safety course can be applied towards the cost of tuition for EMF Consultant Certification training, if you decide to continue on to take our certification course within a year.  So, this makes Cellphone Safety a very good place to begin training!

Because training is not not a type of product that is returnable “in its original condition and packaging”, in order to foster prospective student confidence in his/her decision to train with us  we have provided several videos as well as free training courses including download material (many hours’ worth of training value) to enable prospective students to establish a high level of comfort with the tangible value they receive in terms of the quality and suitability of the training content, the instructor(s) ability, the ease of using the learning platform, etc.  

The rest is up to you.  Our training policies cannot guarantee a student’s ability or follow-through, although we can say we have never had a student who did not finish any self-guided course, or any EMF Consultant training student who did not achieve certification.  And we can say we are committed to helping you succeed.
