It is getting more challenging to block WiFi when it is now included in every new device we buy.  Everything from smart refrigerators, to everyday devices like key fobs, to the new technology of wide screen TVs - hundreds of devices in our homes and offices are  now inundating us with accumulating levels of WiFi exposure

We looked for over a year to find this widescreen TV - the only one that was truly not "WiFi Enabled".  You might be surprised, like we were, to learn that even those TVs, and their customer service departments that that assure you that you can disable the WiFi feature and hook up to the internet using good old fashioned wires,  don't mention that even when it is 'WiFi Disabled' your TV will still operate its inner electronic wireless functions flooding your environment with radio/microwave transmissions. 

Discouraged to find that wired Televisions are now suddenly an endangered species, we stepped up our quest in earnest and finally tracked this one down in a clearance warehouse of old retired models!   From two years ago!

Our goal was to block WiFi and reduce our EMF exposure in our home by using a basic Ethernet cable directly to our (also hardwired) modem, so we could enjoy all the videos now streaming from the internet on Netflix and Amazon and a dozen others, without marinating in all the invisible WiFi pollution.

We finally succeeded, but what we learned in the process, about how precariously rare wired options are in today's WiFi saturated world, was so important that a new urgent self-guided EMF detection and protection course  was born.

After month's of phone calls to the tech departments of several widescreen TV manufacturers a new realization became startlingly clear - WiFi is not only here to stay, but that in the blink of an eye wireless technology has taken over the market share to the extent that regular wired TVs are no longer being manufactured.  And TV's are far from the only devices that have gone totally WiFi and no longer offered with wired functions....  baby monitors, home security devices,  kitchen appliances, home lighting, garage door openers ... the list grows every day.
