Why the White Mountains of Arizona?

With over 300 days of sunshine a year, Arizona's high desert (4 usually mild seasons) Rancho Quieto  can live a truly "great outdoors" lifestyle of fresh air and natural beauty.

The White Mountains high desert of Arizona is an impressive mountain wilderness range in the scenic region of the northeastern area of the state. The area has been the vacation/weekend retreat choice of Arizonans for decades and with little or no air pollution from industry, and no Big Ag agriculture it remains free of airborne, ground and groundwater toxins and chemicals.

Its cool summers, mild winters, stunning natural scenery and clear air are a refreshing departure from the electrosmog, polluted air, chemical soup and congestion of the city.

Charming country towns, numerous nearby lakes, streams, hiking trails and historic sites round out the natural attractions.

The nearby area is touted to have the largest Ponderosa Pine forest in the world, with Juniper, Pinon Pines, and Cedars aplenty in the Rancho Quieto area.  The area’s huge forest expanses (mostly protected Federal lands) abound with fish and game. Arizona (and particularly this area) abounds in undeveloped land  – 83% of the state of Arizona is protected natural reserve. 

Large tracts of undeveloped private land and remote unsettled ranch land, both on and off grid,  can still be had for about $500. an acre, which we hope will motivate others to start up more much-needed low-EMF camping, retreats and refuges.  The demand for Rancho Quieto exceeds it ability to provide for everyone who contacts us!

Why Rancho Quieto?

The contiguous, untouched 62 acres we have selected for Rancho Quieto is a rare place that is rightly described as the vanishing America, a quiet, secluded, view-rich, nature-blessed wilderness environment. 

The county permit for Rancho Quieto permitted 12 self-contained RV campsites for the summer of 2021, which were filled the minute the permit was issued, on a "first come first served" due to the long waiting list we compiled during the long planning of this refuge.

Next, our plans for Rancho Quieto include offering eight, pristine 4-5 acre lots for sale, for off-grid permanent residences (including tiny homes), or part-time RV getaways.  This neighborhood will include an outdoor community gathering place under the spreading canopy of an ancient tree, in a park-like setting with seating areas, shady pergola eating areas, walking paths, and more.  No facilities though, which is why only self-contained RV's are allowed as per the county permit.

No wireless technology will be permitted; all visitors are dedicated to maintinaing the EMF-safe environment. Satellite phone and internet is the low-EMF option of choice.

Far removed from the crowds, smog and stress of metropolitan living, yet convenient to necessities and 911 services, Rancho Quieto is a peaceful, pristine, beautiful world apart that rejuvenates and restores.
